Clean Getaway Express Tunnel Wash

3/4 of my cars clean constantly but rear always dirty and still very wet each time. Had monthly plan for 2 months and consistently poor washes, 2 re washes in maybe 2 dozen visits, 1 star is harsh but cant do 1.5

At first I really liked Clean Getaway car wash, but over time, the vacuums don't always work, as was the case today, and the underbody spray doesn't work and hasn't for quite awhile. Also the wheel shine that comes with my wash hasn't worked in a while either. Things aren't looking good for this Clean Getaway car wash. I'm not getting what I paid for if things aren't working properly.

I am a monthly member after trying all the automated car washes in Dubuque this is by far the best for my oversized truck and Benz. The only reason for 4 stars is because the turbo heaters at the end of the tunnel are never on even when Temps are below 0 and the vehicles are still soaked when leaving.
