Dirtiest car wash in Dubuque. Trash and debris everywhere. Whomever is responsible is failing at their job and should be fired. Has been building up for months. Just paid for the high dollar wash and now I have to clean my windshield when I get home. Beware. Such a bad wash I should report them for sealing my $11.

Bays are not maintained at all. Got my car washed there yesterday and the "undercarriage wash" that spray upon entry have been frozen in place for literally years now. Also, now the presoak doesn't work either. Yet they keep raising their prices. This is why I hate Kwik Stop and refuse to buy anything from them.

I went into the gas station to grab tea, and asked the lady checking me out for hand sanitizer or if there was any accessible and she told me "its for employees only" with an attitude. I will not return because with all the illness going around at this point its very unsanitary to not offer customers the proper needs. I do not recommend to a family or friend.
