Waited over 6 weeks for them to come and repair a stove. Bob showed up with no mask on. Told him he needed to wear one IN MY HOUSE. He refused and told ME to leave. Called the number to complain about Bob and they hung up on me. Note: there’s not an option for zero stars.Service: Stove & cooktop repair

Was supposed to be here 3 weeks ago. Said the part I needed before evening showing up would be here on Saturday. Called on Saturday and said it was then back ordered. Called the store and both bob and Scott on their cells. Voicemails were all full. Waited another week, called Sears. They came out and told me the part I needed, ordered it off Amazon and was here is 2 days. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Horrible customer service and flat up lied to me. If they didn’t want to work on the appliance, they should have said so instead of telling me they ordered the part and when they were supposed to show up told me it was back ordered. Called on Thursday and he said he would come by the next day to fix our broken refrigerator. Never showed, called to see if he was still coming he said he was in Rockford and wasn’t going to make it? Then said he would call when he got home and haven’t heard from him since. Wish we would have known he wasn’t gonna show up so we could have set up something else - that pushed us into the weekend when no one was open. Not professional.
