I would recommend this l company to all that are looking for a good window installation. The 2 men who did it although it was wintry outside, they managed to get it done between 10 am and 4 pm that day. It was 2 levels of windows so it was a very busy day for them. Thank you so much W.W. From start to finish the service was exceptional. From our salesman Doug- which was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and was not in any way pushy, to the crew that did the installation ( which I unfortunately didn’t get names) to Jim the operations manager that followed up with a couple touch ups, the whole process was a positive experience. This is the second time we have purchased from them and both experiences were fantastic
Window World is a great company to work with. Randy, our technician, installed 12 windows in my home in no time at all. He was quick, efficient, thorough and polite. We hardly knew he was there as we went about our busy day. I will be working with Randy and Window World again to finish my windows and possibly new siding in the future.
