The Laundry Place is a very clean laundromat with machines that accept credit cards. Customers can purchase a loyalty card for cash if preferred. The laundromat is well-maintained and in excellent condition. It is worth noting that this location is almost entirely cashless and has a pay toilet, which is different from another location owned by the same company.
so I had a crazy experience the other day doing laundry! Now this is no bash on the laundry mat or the staff- as I have been coming to this laundry mat for years and i love it very close to my home and machines i’ve never had a issue with. but the other day one of the many dryers i used had an attitude 🤣🤣 and some of my belongings got ruined! The lady on duty was very tentative and we got the issues resolved quickly! Also, Terri reached out and accommodated me accordingly for the clothes that got ruined. Clothing is replaceable and things happen. it’s very often you get good customer service like we did that day! i will continue to come here!

Honestly, I was skeptical at first coming here, but was blown away! The building was nice and clean, the machines worked great, everything was reasonably priced and I plan on coming here again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to do their laundry!
Today's experience was great. I use the app on my phone to start the machines and it worked well. The bathroom was clean and smelled good. The machines were clean and shiny. The worker was mopping the floors real good with a smile.
