I called for a last-minute trim. Jessica said she was available so I drove to the address on Google and couldn't find them. I called and she explained that they had moved to Colfax and that Google hadn't changed their address. I sent in a request to Google with all of the necessary photographic information and they updated it shortly after. Meanwhile, Jessica gave me the correct address and I made my way there after she assured me that we wouldn't conflict with any of her other bookings.Jessica did a shampoo, cut, and style. I have extremely long, thick, dark hair that tends to be on the dryer side. I have wanted to go lighter for a long time but I have always been too nervous to go through with it; however, Jess did such an amazing job talking me through the process, and making me feel comfortable. She is definitely an expert, and makes sure I am happy with every step of the way. She is patient, kind, and makes the process extremely enjoyable, and I absolutely love my hair!!
