I have taken numerous classes from Carolyn. She is wonderful and teaches you the techniques to Spring Forest Qiqong. Not only does she teach you techniques, she gives you handouts to take home and by the end of the class you are able to do the practice by yourself. I highly recommend Carolyn and her practice.
