Omar is a class act. It is apparent that he cares about genuinely helping people make their homes safe. Because of Omar, I really can’t envision working with anyone besides Mid-Iowa. Randy in the office is also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Mid-Iowa to anyone. Pleasure doing business!
I called to start gathering information to determine next steps on a recently purchased house. The receptionist was incredibly kind and eventually had me speak with Randy who was just as nice. He answered all of my questions and then some. I was thoroughly impressed by the customer service and in-depth knowledge. If I end up needed services, I will definitely be calling back!
