Great office staff, super sweet nurse, and a terrific doctor who not only took her time to explain everything before, during, and after the biopsy appointment, but followed up when she said she would. She even spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me to explain the results to make sure I completely understand everything. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Recently I had the opportunity to have the NouvaDerm laser treatment, and I can officially tell you it was worth it. I was surprised at what little pain was involved. There were a few days prior to the procedure that I prepped my skin and the same after the procedure with post procedure care.
There wasn’t any down time, my face felt a little rough and within 3 days and a little peeling, it was as smooth as one could imagine. My expectation was for better skin texture and with just the first treatment I could see an immense difference. Makes me excited for the next treatment, because the first treatment was definitely a success.
Renee made it very comfortable, and I felt safe in her hands knowing her competency and skill are top notch.
