Highly recommend. Destiny did a great job at getting me the most deductions and making sure everything was done correctly. Gave us great tips for preparing for next years taxes. Was quick and friendly to work with.

We are fist timers with Jackson Hewitt. My first impression was not great. I made an appointment online over the weekend for Monday, turns out the location in Indianola was closed on Mondays(which the kiosk does not have any hours of operation on it and I was able to schedule an appointment even when they are “closed” I wasted 30 minutes of my evening there. Fast forward to today, I spoke with one of the managers from a different location as my rescheduled appointment for today had to be rescheduled again due to an illness. I have usually used TurboTax to file in previous years. I went to Jackson Hewitt this year because of drawing unemployment. Plus, I to wanted to cross all my t's and dot all my i's. Amanda was very efficient and the experience was pleasant. She filed my return professionally all the while being friendly and hospitable. Totally deserves a raise and would use the business again.
