The care I received during my visit was excellent. The team was thorough and considerate. Both people who visited my dog were great with him.
The people at the front desk were quick, efficient and kind. They were great on the phone with me, even though I called multiple times because I got lost, and they were quick to get me into an exam room.
The vet tech was kind and compassionate when working with my dog, and paid special attention to helping him feel safe and comfortable.
The doctor made sure my dog could feel comfortable with her in the room and was gentle when working with him.

I am seeing a lot of negative reviews on here and want to share a very positive experience. When my husband and I returned from work, our 3 month old kitten was extremely lethargic and would not stand up or open his eyes. We immediately rushed him to IVS and they took him from us right when we walked through the door and began working on him. We have taken our cats to other emergency veterinary locations before and we had to wait an hour plus for our cats to be seen. Yes, it is pricey, because it is an emergency hospital. It is the same as a human going to an ER or being taken in an ambulance. It is more expensive than your regular family vet. However, they went over… read full review
