Dr. Kouri is very easy to talk with and listens to what patients have to say. He takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures, addressing any concerns or anxieties patients may have. He is praised for his exceptional skills and ability to make patients feel at ease. Dr. De Lancey is amazing, gentle, kind, funny, and has a great demeanor. He has really made fixing smiles a little less stressful, and patients are excited to be able to smile like they want to again. Both Dr. Kouri and Dr. DeLancey are Rock Stars in the dental world. The staff and doctors are friendly, kind, and patient. From the time you walk through the door until you leave the office, you are made to feel comfortable and secure. Visiting a dentist can be very frightening for some, but patients will be in great hands. Gia at the front desk is so nice and makes everyone feel very welcome. Tracy is great and makes patients feel very calm before, during, and after procedures, doing a great job explaining everything. Dr. Kouri explains everything he is doing before and during procedures and makes patients feel like they have been a patient for years. Patients don't feel at all nervous at this office.
