It's nothing fancy, but it got the job done. I've been out-of-town for awhile and my usual salons were booked. I came here instead of butchering my own hair. Their check-in system was kind of weird. You can get on the wait-list online and when you get to the store they'll mark you for being present. I do not recommend coming here without checking in online. I could see my name on the queue as well as who was present but I got pushed back twice. I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. I could sense that the girl was a bit nervous about cutting my hair. Maybe because of the layers my usual stylist put in, but I just had her trim 4 inches off... read full review

Although some Stylist we're judgmental when I walked in there was one that was very not judgmental and did a great would I recommend going back to this particular store yes if you get the right stylus.
