I am 85 years old and have been getting perms since I was in my early teens. And in all those years I have never had a hair stylist pull my hair so tight and do such a sloppy job of rolling the curlers. Never will I ever come back. The right side of my hair is not even curled and the hair cut was a few snips and it was a mess

Carol always is kind and a professional through and through. She always does an amazing job. Very humble and down to earth. I will not go anywhere else to get my haircut and beard trimmed. If Carol is not there I will not get my hair done or beard trimmed. You truly have a real gem in Carol. You guys are lucky to have her working at Lee Town Center Great Clips in Des Moines Iowa. Keep up the great work. Best place to get your haircut or beard trimmed. I highly recommend Carol. You won't be disappointed.Services: Haircut

Not the same owner as most of the other great clips in town. Does not offer a veteran discount like the other great clips. 3 stars for a decent haircut though. Will return to the Ankeny stores for future cuts.
