Dr. Shane Mcclinton, DPT was incredible. Compared to physical therapists I've seen in the past, Shane was the most thorough and caring I've met. Everything was done one-on-one with the therapist rather than handing me off to an assistant. I was impressed with how much time Shane spent with me in working through my concerns and answering my questions. I was able to get back to running within a few weeks. Great experience!

I have had back problems for years and just plowed through the pain until I could not do it anymore and had back surgery. Michelle and Sharon in PT have really helped me a lot with the pain both prior to and after my surgery. I tell everyone that Michelle has magic fingers, she knows exactly what your problem is and what to do to make it better. Joni and Naima on the front desk are very cordial and customer focused.

I like literally all of the staff except Misty at the front desk. everytime I call and Misty picks up, she puts me on hold for at least 15 minutes or she passes me off to someone else. she has even hung up on me after being on hold for 40 minutes and I had to call back only to be asked if I could hold again. I've seen her do this while I am sitting in the clinic office too. All of the doctors are really amazing though and have been extremely helpful no matter my problem. They can often fit me in last minute if I need to see a doctor too. Over the course of me going to this clinic I have seen most of the doctors and all were VERY knowledgable and kind. The nurses and med students were equally as wonderful. But if Misty picks up and asks to put you on hold, ask to be transferred to someone else. she may be wasting your time.
