Dr Scott is absolutely 5 stars 🌟
I have been going to him for 45 years, however his billing and eye glass staff are 1 star. I took my glasses in and was told they were under warranty for replacement due to scratching. I waited over 3 weeks and then got billed over $400 for the lenses that I was told were under warranty. Billing department basically told me too bad and eventually offered 50% off. This isn't the 1st time I have been overcharged, but this is the last. The lady in billing was rude and I AM DONE

This review is not about David Scott. Our family has trusted him for decades for our eye health and exams. This 1 star relates to the employees who order your lenses and glasses. My mom needed a change in prescription. She does not live in the area. They were to be mailed and a local business to put them in.
At 5 weeks I called on April 1. The lady stated they were in,would be mailed and left me a message. Got home no message left. Red flag#1. Called again one week later. Now says we will have to check the tracking#.and will call back.No call for an hour so I called back again. This time was told I am not to be given any personal info. about my mother. HUH?.

Dr. Scott is one of the best eye doctors I have ever met. This was my first visit to his office, and the examination was very thorough. Very professional and kind! I will be going to his office for my yearly exam in the future. Also special kudos to the front desk person, Sara, after the conversation for scheduling a followup appointment. Very friendly and took her time with me while making the appointment. Thanks!
