Got rear ended and had to have it towed. All of the employees were friendly and treated me well. Also easily worked with my insurance to get my vehicle towed to the body shop for repairs. I honestly think a lot of the bad reviews are the employees just giving back the same kind of energy they get. There are always exceptions but that's just my opinion.

Crow Tow with out warning pulled my trunk sideways to be able to hook up to my truck. There are witnesses and a video response from the place I was parked at. I also had permission to park in their parking lot.

I am new to des moines and I have never had my car towed. I moved and my apartment owner forgot to give me a park pass. I talked to him and he took care of me. When I got there someone was yelling and cussing at one of the workers at the window. I don’t get why yall so mean to these people. They was very nice and even if I had to pay to get my truck I would not have gone in there like that I would be nice to them like they are. The guy I talked to was a very sweet boy derick (i’m sorry if that’s not right) but he has blond hair and was really sweet. Thank you for helping me and it was very nice to meet you and the guys you work with
