They delivered on time, and the driver stood out. He was professional, exceptionally friendly, and made the handoff quick and easy. Great communication and a smooth delivery from start to finish. I will gladly use CrossCountry Freight Solutions again.
I work for a company that frequently uses CCFS’s services. We ship large pieces of freight, and they always handle things with care. There’s one driver I deal with more than others, and he’s very professional, easy to work with, and an all around good guy. Shout out to Dustin. You’re the man, and thanks for making my job easier every time we cross paths.
For all the negatives there can be in shipping, when using Cross Country I know our product is well taken care of. The customer service is top notch, our route driver goes above and beyond every time. Our salesperson is excellent. Overall an excellent experience daily!!
