The day of our deep cleaning, the team come early with of course a curtosy call, and the boss showed up since this was our first time and made sure the team knew exactly what we wanted done. Once they were done, I felt like it was a new home! Wonderful job team! Definitely will be a repeat customer!“

“You can disregard my previous comments below as the owner called me as soon as she saw my review. The tv room was recleaned by a different cleaner and it looks so much better. Also the unupholstered chairs and ottoman were cleaned and the results are beyond my expectations. Thanks to Amanda we can now give a 5 star recommendation. In this case, contacting the owner directly rather than posting a negative review would have been more appropriate.

Cleaner did not arrive with proper equipment for upholstered chairs. Was supposed to call the next day to reschedule that portion of the job. Never heard from him. Owner did no followup. The cleaner was able to get stains from carpet in the tv room but did not do a very good job removing the soil. We have no pets or kids so most carpet was not very soiled and is only 2 years old.“
