Bill came to our home in 2020 and put a bid in for staining our deck and building a pergola. He met our kids and told us all about his story as a veteran and family guy. He then proceeded to ask us for more and more money to finish the project. He told us he was working on it at home. In the end, all we got was two holes in our concrete and he left with $2,000. He refused to give the money back or finish the project. DO NOT RECOMMEND.Service: General construction
