Ordered a bouquet for a friend in hospital. Hospital delivered wrong bouquet with my card. Boesens staff was kind and understanding! Volunteered to discount my purchase even though it wasn't their fault. I then saw they reimbursed 100% of cost to my card. Wow! Will use again!
Bosen did a great job. This weekend for a wedding, the party forgot to get a bouquet to place at the altar. I went to bosen and explained the situation. Michelle walked me around looking at the flowers and options in store. We settled on a simple bouquet. They were able to make it within the hour and have it looking beautiful for the wedding. They are great and I would definitely go back
