Steve was great to work with. Called in the morning for a clogged sink, he was there within a couple hours. He was a very nice guy, gave me some tips for the future on managing clogs, and considering the work he does, didn't leave much of anything for a mess. I won't hesitate to call for any future needs.

They had a lot of good reviews so I called around 11:30 am for the very first time, and they arrived an hour or two later after calling first. They were knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and downright friendly. I know it wasn't easy because I am a clutter queen ?, but they worked it out with class. They got done lickety split, and the bill was so low I almost fainted. No kidding. Found out later he services both of my brothers too. Highly recommend!

Called another rooter service company first. They broke a pipe in my basement and left saying it would costs thousands to repair. I called Bob's the next day. My drain was unclogged and fixed in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Calling Bob's for all my future sewer rooter needs.
