Our most recent experience to Blue Pearl was, thankfully, not emergent. We were referred for an Ultrasound for my small senior dog. Dr. Donnini has been incredibly thorough. She understands our concerns as pet parents, and speaks to us with respect and honesty. Her knowledge base is broad and he attention to the details is amazing.

I brought my dog in very early on a Saturday morning/Friday night. The wait to get in and seen wasn't too long. I felt the intake process and care my dog recieved was good. The vet and the techs were no pressure on treatment and care about animals. I have no compliants othr than the fee for an x-ray seemed a bit high, but that's about it. I would bring my dog or any pet to the facility in the case of an emergency.

Friday night, my son's 17 year old cat went into severe distress. We arrived at Blue Pearl completely distraught. We were met with kindness, compassion, and efficiency. Faced with a heart wrenching decision, we never once felt rushed. They allowed us all the time we needed to discuss, plan, and grieve our beloved pet. Although not prepared, the right thing to do was to provide peace and comfort for our precious Leo. Again, the Vet and Nurse could not have been more understanding, helpful, and kind.
