Mike and Charlotte at All Dry Des Moines are absolutely fantastic! Based right here near Altoona, they bring a level of professionalism and care that really stands out. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and use the latest technology to make sure the job is done right the first time. On top of that, they’re just genuinely great people who take the time to explain everything and make the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend All Dry Des Moines!

All Dry Services staff were courteous, professional, very competent and timely. All calls were promptly returned by Connor and they showed up exactly when they said they would. All processes were explained very well and each staff member was very considerate each day. No question was too trivial and they answered our questions in a kind and patient manner. A big shout out to Blake and Damian!! They went the extra mile to clean up and put back things as much as they could when the job was finished. We would heartily recommend All Dry Services for helping us with our water damage; making a tough situation more manageable and doing things the right way.

We used All Dry Services after purchasing a new home late last year. I have sensitivities so we used them to sanitize the home before move in. Conner was responsive and empathetic. They offered a discount for a prepay by check, which we did, but prepaying always makes me nervous. They came through as promised. They showed up, as scheduled even after a big snow storm and on the coldest day of the year. Their crew sanitized everything and tore out all the carpet. They brought in hydroxyl generators.
