We were having our AC unit clunk and it was keeping us at night. The unit would try to run and stop and make a very annoying clunk at night when we were trying to sleep. Reached out to Bob and they had a tech over and he found the issue and was in and out very quickly.
I would give them ALL the stars. Firstly, I want to state I called in around Thanksgiving for an emergency - the day we had winds & negative degree blowing winds my furnace went out. I had a young gentleman within 30minutes of my call on location. He stated I may need a new Control Board & we set a time for the next morning to have it addressed. The next day, Chris was out at our house & what a blessing. Not only did he get everything fixed for us, without any new board needed - he walked me through the simple fix that was required. We’ve used APS twice in the last year and both times have had excellent service experiences. Today Steven worked extra hard to solve an unforeseen problem for what should have been an easy visit. We’ve been impressed by the quality technicians great customer service from start to finish.
