I was extremely pleased with the work, as well as Customer Service. We had set up a same day appointment, unfortunately they were unable to keep the late day appt due to the fact the job they were on took longer than expected. Living in a very old house, most projects are like that for me😉 However they called me giving me notice with plenty of time to find someone else if I chose to. I respect that greatly, when you have sewer backing up, it’s not anything you really want to wait on. However I did choose to wait because they said they would be out first thing in the morning, and they were. Everything was explained to me, my options, and so on.. in a very professional way. Of course I’m hoping I won’t need services like this again in the near future, but if I do, they will be getting my business! I highly recommend them!
