Great haircut, but WAY too long if a wait time. I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled haircut time, and my hair stylist didn't even bother to apologize when it was finally my turn! The owner acknowledged me and kept checking in while I waited, telling me that my hairstylist would be with me in a few minutes (each time). This was my first experience at this location.

I had a men’s haircut and a beard trim done here. The haircut was really good and I am satisfied with it, however the beard trim was not good. I asked for some shaping and not a lot of length to be removed. The stylist completely changed the entire shape of the beard to the point it made my face look oval. The point of a beard is to augment the jaw, but the trim I received removed that and instead augmented my cheeks making my face look fat and my jaw look weak. The wrong parts were trimmed. I was very pleased with this salon. Holly did an exceptional job with my hair. We connected right away. I especially enjoyed the scalp massage when she was washing my hair, what a treat.
