The team at Davenport Ulta helped me with an unusual but somewhat emergent need of white (not pale, but clown) foundation. While they of course did not carry pure white foundation, with some creative thinking I left with 2 bottles of white mixing pigment which did exactly what was needed and was an affordable solution. Even though I was not there for your standard make up purchases multiple people on the team worked together and I really appreciate the creative thinking and hard work. I know exactly where to go when I need help with more standard items in the future.
First, I want to say I’m very new to skincare and still figuring out moisturizers, creams, and what works best for me. When I walked in, I immediately asked an employee for help, and she directed me to a worker named Zy.
Zy was incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She took her time answering all of my questions and made me feel comfortable while learning about different products. Her customer service was amazing, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people.
She honestly deserves recognition—whether that’s a raise, an award, or employee of the month—because her people skills stood out that much.

Zy the esthetician was so incredible. She was passionate, kind, patient, understanding and knew what she was talking about! I’ve spent years and thousands of dollars trying to figure out the perfect foundation for me and she found it in 5 minutes. I feel so much more confident in make up now and would recommend her to anyone!
