Jim at Terminix has been helping me with a recurring ant problem for a few years and he provides the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He delivers personalized service and is dedicated to solving my problem. He responds quickly and proactively follows up to make sure my issue is resolved.

Terminix has been excellent for our multi-plex property. When we purchased the property, we were dealing with ongoing bug issues that previous pest control companies were unable to get under control. Terminix truly went above and beyond — they made promises and actually kept them.
Their service has been professional and prompt, appointments are reliable, and we saw results quickly. Levi is our service technician and he is great to work with. He communicates clearly about what’s happening in each unit, is always on time, quick to answer questions, and willing to make extra visits outside of scheduled service days when needed.
