My husband showed them pictures of what he wanted and they were not able to do it. Anything beyond a buzz cut, go somewhere else. The individual who did his hair didn’t talk and she was in such a bad mood my husband was uncomfortable the whole time. I then had to cut his hair myself because she missed big patches of hair. I would not recommend the one on Elmore.

I took my 5 year old son to get his haircut and was worried because normally he doesn’t sit still and is not a fan of getting his haircut but Kaela did such an amazing job and she was quick! He had a smile from ear to ear the whole time 😁. I later came back with my older son but we had a different lady whose name I don’t remember. She did a great job on his hair, took her time and did it exactly like the picture I showed her! We definitely found our new spot for haircuts 💇 👌🩷

Person behind me got service before I did even though I checked in online and he was in store before I was. He had an hour wait and I had 30 minutes. I showed up in store and checked in and watched the stylist choose him in front of me. Do not check in online if you think that will get you in sooner. Go to the Moline location, this one's staff won't respect your place in line.
