I bought two cars from Smart Luxury Motors, a 2025 VW Atlas and a 2025 Jetta. I did have to visit the dealership four times to get my refund check, which was awkward. But salesman José is truly the best man at Smart Luxury Motors. He’s professional, kind, and always helpful. The manager, Michael, is also a very nice man. Despite the inconvenience, José made the overall experience great.

From informing that I need help with a broken windshield to Jessi aligning my appointment to get it fixed, both combined were accomplished within less than a half hour. Very impressive!

I worked with Adam and Michael to buy my wife's 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander from them. Adam was a great sales specialist and gave us time to test drive the car on our own. He wasn't the super pushy sales guy that is an immediate red flag to me at most dealers we went to which I appreciated. He was friendly and created conversation while we were waiting on paperwork. That is where Michael came in. Michael helped draw up all the paperwork and helped us to find the best loan deal we could on a Saturday afternoon. I know full well I put Adam and Michael through the ringer having them run numbers in different ways so I could get the best deal and they both did it with a smile on their face even when it ended up keeping them there past their closing time. Adam has followed up a couple times to make sure we like the car. So far, it has been a great car with great safety features for my wife and I's future family all thanks to Adam and Michael. We drove 3 hours to see this car and did not leave disappointed. They handled all the paperwork including submitting stuff to Illinois where we live and we had no issues. So if you are looking for a quality car buying experience, give Smart Luxury Motors of the Quad Cities a try and ask for Adam and Michael.
