If I could give 100 starts I would! My elderly uncle was out of heat and it was very cold out, it was after hrs and a weekend day, I am so very thankful for this company, not only was this the 4th company to try and help us, the electrician did not leave until heat was restored and electric was safe. Our original light source was fluorescent lighting in our church and upon considering this change over to LED fixtures we were uncertain as to the perceived benefits from making this improvement. Now that the job is complete, we are happy to report that this was a wonderful improvement to our church. The install by Aaron and Austin was done professionally and timely and they didn't leave any refuse behind. Josh Traverse the project manager was persevering with us as we had many questions and concerns as we determined whether to do this or not. I contracted with Shaw Electric to remove and install the old service mast because wires were pulling it so hard forcing a hole in my roof. They were very responsive and, as I learned, the new code is to remove the electric meter from the basement (located next to the electrical panel), and install it inside a metal box located outside of the home. This is to provide a way for firefighters to easily shut off the electric to the home in case of a fire. Shaw did all of this and installed a larger and more secure service mast. The estimate did not include re-patching the roof, but they contacted Iossi Construction, who came out and repaired the roof afterwards for a... read full review
