We have enjoyed a long and amazing association with the (Mike) Sampson family. Their knowledge and expertise are wonderful. They are an honest, hard-working business. They truly stand behind their work. I can not imagine asking anyone else to take care of any/all my building needs.

Sampson removed our 30 year old deck that had seen better days. Installed new footings, framing, new composite decking, stairs, and railing. They did a beautiful job. Could not be happier. The wait was well worth it. Fantastic job Sampson Construction!Dave M.Blue Grass, Iowa

I had Sampson Construction do the framework for a new gas fireplace I had installed in my condo. It looks beautiful and I was very happy with the work that was done. There were a few miscommunications, mostly due to my inexperience working with a contractor, but the few issues I had were handled professionally. I would work with them again!
