I am a Front Desk manager of a hotel that is currently housing 8 rooms worth of employees from Ryan & Associates. I just wanted to say they are absolutely great guys. I have some elderly people also staying that needed a whole engine block on a pallet moved from one pick-up truck to another. Scott Zindel with the company heard what was going on and rallied a crew to move it, AFTER a day of working out in the freezing cold. Had it done in less than 5 minutes, AND wouldn't even let me tip them for helping. Absolutely amazing guys, and they are heroes to me and the elderly couples they helped out.
