Kitka is a great instructor! She goes out of her way to make modifications so every one can enjoy the class in a way that is comfortable to them. I always look forward to her classes!

One Tree is a fantastic yoga studio! I love the variety of classes and the varied times available. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The instructors support all levels of students and are constantly encouraging everyone to make the class and experience their own. I genuinely feel like the environment is judgement free and a great place to build strength and flexibility.
