rigged ignition switch that had the old key hidden under the steering column so car would start. car didn't last 2 days. mechanic blames me for ordering the wrong steering column. when I brought it to him, he had no issues with it. if it was the wrong one why did he put it in and rig it. $321.00 gone because of this shade tree mechanic who lies and has no answers. I have photos to the the ridiculously shady job he did. pictures don't lie. so now we have find a REAL MECHANIC who knows WTF he is doing. this mechanic and this place is a joke.
My Mobile Mechanic did a great job on the brake pad replacement for my automobile. The wrong parts were on hand, without hesitation, he offered to get in his car and go retrieve the correct items. Rich performed beyond needed customer service, patience, and due deligence getting my repair finished. I will be using the services of My Mobike Mechanic again. It's a great business model and Rich is a great asset to keeping this venture successful.
I was at Autozone looking to get a replacement fuse. The man from this business was there and helped me find what I need and made sure I got it put in. He was very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks for the assist.
