Dr Sara was very thorough in her assessment and questions, and on the first visit, foot pain that has been pestering me for a year was 99% resolved. I really appreciated how well she listened and then tailored the treatment to what I needed.

Working with Dr. Sara Rausch at Motherhood Matters has been a game-changer for me. What started as personal training to get back in shape turned into a full-body healing journey—addressing foot pain, tendonitis, hip alignment, whole body inflammation, and more.
Dr. Sara doesn’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. She listens deeply, asks thoughtful questions, and looks at the whole picture—chiropractic care, kinesiology taping, nutrition, supplements—you name it.
She gently pushes me outside my comfort zone, but always with encouragement and compassion. I love how integrative and personalized her care is. It’s rare to find a provider who truly sees the full person, not just the symptoms. If you’re looking for holistic, whole-body support from someone who gets it, I can’t recommend her enough!

Two months ago I welcomed my first child into the world. I was excited and nervous to take on breastfeeding and thought I could just figure it out on my own and with the advice of other friends and family. Things seemed well to start but after 2 weeks I was ready to give up. I figured I would just pump and bottle feed and that was that. I wasn’t having pain but nursing sessions were taking an hour and I felt like my daughter was never satisfied. I was exhausted. Someone mentioned her name to me when I was pregnant so I decided to reach out and work with McKenzie (Gingerly Mama). What did I have to lose? I can tell you it was the absolute best thing I could have done for myself and my daughter. Within 4 weeks time we were able to make a huge stride in nursing time AND weight gain! My daughter had issues with transfer and with the guidance of McKenzie and other persons of specialty we have a thriving baby and a happy mama. Breastfeeding is HARD but it doesn’t have to be something you figure out alone. Whether you are an existing mama or an expecting mama, McKenzie is someone who can guide you to a successful journey. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and truly wants you to have a successful breastfeeding experience. I’m so grateful to her.

An incredible resource during pregnancy. Susan supported us throughout and was the most intentional, helpful doula we could’ve asked for. Amber’s massage is wonderful as well! I’m incredibly grateful for this community and can’t say enough positive things about my experience with this team.

Massage therapist was apparently running behind or forgot about our appointments. She never came out front to greet us and we didn't get our massages as planned. Very unprofessional.

Susan has been absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. She has gone above and beyond for me and my husband. I’ve left her care feeling so much better and well informed about what to expect for labor and delivery and how to better prepare myself. All expecting moms in the QC should consider her spinning babies private course!
