Midwest Janitorial management, has a we can't do no wrong attitude, while allowing prejudice, gaslighting, sabotage, harassment, to exist and thrive in the work environment. Management treats me inferior, thinks Africans are stupid, they break their own rules, and make some up, to complete what they need done, or what another employee hasn't completed. They don't drug test, several team leads, supervisors, are under the influence, come to work with a dysfunctional attitude, taking their frustrations out on the employee. I've been working for Midwest going on 2 years took a 4-month break due to personal matters but it is the best janitorial company I have ever had the pleasure of working for. They treat the employees like family they treat the clients like family they make sure that you are fully equipped and tested so that you can do the best of your ability
