Jansen Roofing & Repair Inc. is a top notch company for commercial and home roofing. Eric and Jill are educational and helpful throughout the entire process. Eric is top notch when it comes to coordinating a larger commercial roof replacement, dealing with the insurance company for reimbursement, and coordinating work crews. The company was fast and professional, with extensive cleanup done after the fact. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, there when they said they would be, with the right products, neat and clean. When the color was wrong, Jill took care of absolutely everything. The PM and Office Manager, Eric and Jill, were educational and helpful for a full R&R of shingles, gutters, and downspouts. Great price and service. The roof was replaced in no time. They are highly recommended for home owners.
Excellent response time concerning the repair inquiry of house siding. The repair crew was on site quickly, provided an evaluation of repair and cost estimate, then executed the repair as agreed upon. I would highly recommend Jansen Roofing for any new work or repair. Very satisfied.
I called on Jansen Roofing & Repair 2 years ago with a roof problem. Not only did they discover the problem and fix it but also inspected my roof with the insurance adjuster. I can't say enough great things about their guy, Gabe! Forward to this year when I had the roof inspected again. Significant hail damage was discovered. I didn't hesitate to call Jamie. They were great from beginning to end. She answered all my questions and concerns, helped me with decisions, updated me with progress, and helped with insurance coordination. I can't thank them enough!
Did a good job on the roof and followed up on other details (like reinstalling gutter guards) until the job was done satisfactorily. Also went outside the norm by taking down and reinstalling a couple of high-up shutters my wife wanted to repaint.
