I called my home warranty department to put in a work order, and Kohler wasted no time at all with reaching out to me within minutes to schedule someone to come out. I had a great experience with Austin. He answered all my questions, very professional attitude and polite. I liked the part where a supervisor Joe reached out to me to address any concerns. I was in a jam and had no power late on Friday and Joe came and helped me out and had me back in business in no time. The ladies in the office were very understanding as well. Great people all around. I can't recommend enough.

I have been using Koehler Electric for the past 17 years. My Wife and I just to moved to a Circa 1900 House in McClean Heights, East Davenport last September. Exceptional above and beyond professionalism and customer service. Very through and explained everything they were doing, trouble-shooting old house "Quirks", Will have 3 1/2 days of solid electrical work when complete next week. 2 Great Electricians Dave Bednar and Ben Reifert, Top Notch in the business.
