I saw an ad, 3-4 months on the road minimum ? first off they're nuts, second off you can't require a 1099 contractor to work a specific amount of time. That would require a W2 employee. I'm surprised nobody has filed a misclassified employee with the IRS. Especially if you are stealing money. In case someone doesn't know how, just Google it. It like a i-89 form or something. But practically none of these 1099 companies can pass the scrutiny. It's a minimum $5000 fine up to and most common $20,000. Their hiring ad alone says they misclassify employees.

This company is not ideal. If you do not want your escrow money back or not make money when you’re doing lease purchase because that will happen On lease purchase I gross $9800 and only took home $2400. I switched over to the company side. I was only averaging $1300 on 1099 which is nothing. And when you do quit, they will charge you $500 for a hiring fee. Don’t waste your time.
