I have came here about 4 times and I’ve never had a bad experience. The first time I came, I asked for a very complicated snowflake design and the lady took her time and absolutely nailed it! (pun intended lol). everybody was so nice and friendly so I decided to come back again. my next two experiences were excellent as well. This last time I came, a different lady was doing my nails and she was very gentle and took her time. I could tell she was working really hard and I appreciated that a lot. She did wonders on my mother we went to the mall! One of my mom's nails are broken and brown from a childhood accident and the worker there fixed it for 5$ extra!!! She was so nice and wanted me to soak my feet next to my mom even though I declined but still very nice! We liked talking to her it is like a pedicure but your best friend is doing it! So 5 stars no question.
For $25 it’s about what I expected from a place in the mall. Not terrible but not the best I’ve had. They do have great color options and a wide variety of shades. It could have been better if more was done in addition to painting my nails, like a longer hand massage, hot towel, things like that that add a little ‘pizzazz’ to the whole experience. I would go again since it’s cheap enough and they did an alright job.
