After bringing in an item for repair an unavoidable circumstance happened just one of those things.
I asked the Lady who works here if something could be done about it she just said when I could pick up my item and I had her give me an updated copy of my claim ticket when I picked up my item the following week I was so happy to see the Lady did in fact honor my request I wish she would have said something when I dealt with her the week prior so I could have thanked her.
This place is clean and well maintained. Thete is a full range of different sized machines. Staff can be spotted wiping down equipment, cleaning dryer filters, emptying trash and sweeping the floor between dry cleaning business phone calls and walk-in business. The air-conditioning is amazing. My single complaint is sometimes only one TV (there are 4) is on and the channel can't be changed. Sometimes all the TVs are on and there are even old western movies playing next to sports events and news programming. More western movies please!
Annoyed. Would've given a five star review for excellence but today I paid fifty dollars for a weekly bill that usually only cost around thirty. When I asked, I was informed that the price was increased to launder slacks. I was never made aware of any price increase prior and would've not utilized your services having known this. I am disappointed and will seek other options in meeting my weekly needs. You were a convenience that is no longer convenient.
