My winter coat needed cleaning & anew red zipper replaced & a seam re-sewn. My coat looked brand new but it's not. I was impressed with the seamstress that she was able to find a red zipper for the length that was needed & the red color to match my coat. Excellent job ? done. Desk service was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions about laundromat, this was my first time at the Eastern Ave location .It was mildly busy at the time of day, and clean. I will definitely be returning with my business.

Burke's did a great job on putting in a new zipper on my 7 year olds coat!The price was a little steep but it's a zipper and I didn't expect to be cheap anyways. It was just a wow expression.The only issue I had was, it took almost a month to get it back. My son has another winter coat so, it wasn't a huge deal but just surprised as to how long it would take.I plan on taking his other coat to get a new zipper instead of these plastic ones for kiddos.Overall experience, was great!

I have done business with another Burke location for years, and have always been satisfied with their service. It is comforting to know that I can rely on this new location to continue providing the same great service I have experienced in the past. I look forward to doing business here in the future.
