I was doing some Christmas shopping around 6pm today when I witnessed an elderly woman being very rude and condescending to an employee here named Vanessa. I followed them around to verify what I was hearing and this woman kept being a jerk, yet Vanessa kept her cool and was very helpful to this lady. Not sure what kind of employee shout-out or gift you can give, but give Vanessa all the raises for her patience and customer service.

We were greeted at the door and asked if we needed assistance...which we did. She got a very delightful young lady to take us directly to the products we needed. Assisted in picking out the correct color and showed us other products, too. Very nice to have such a good visit.

Absolute 5 stars from me. The sales associates are extremely friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to Bella for helping me search for make up. Every associate was attentive and made me feel extremely welcome. Truly appreciate you guys!
