Used RJ Nelson now for a couple repairs and equipment replacements. Overall I’ve had an excellent experience working with them. The one time I had an issue they made it right immediately. Prices are consistent with the local market, but definitely come under Burton or some of the other more heavily advertised companies. They respond to your calls very quickly, and they do good work.
They did a great job replacing my furnace and air conditioner! On time, quick, professional, and went above and beyond with a better solution for my drain lines than what I had with my previous unit.
