Colton from RJ Nelson is awesome! He was super quick on solving the clogged pipe exiting my humidifier and even double-checked the rest of the system to ensure no other issues were laying in wait. Service technician was friendly and fixed our geothermal issue quickly. They were able to come within a few hours of calling to get an appointment. If needed in the future we will call them again.
