Customers have praised the company's responsiveness, with one customer describing how the owner, Phil, took a late-night call and quickly resolved the issue with the customer's AC unit. Another customer, who had just bought a new house, was impressed by Phil's prompt service in fixing the heater, and has continued to use the company for ongoing maintenance. Customers have also appreciated Phil's honesty and persistence, with one customer highlighting how he worked tirelessly to get a faulty furnace replaced under warranty.
After being told by another HVAC company that we'd have to do a whole new air conditioning install, we got a second opinion from Phil. He made time for us the very next morning and in maybe 10 minutes he had fixed the real issue (the capacitor had just burnt out). On top of that he checked out the furnace and provided some guidance on properly maintaining things. There was no upsell on anything - just a quick and dedicated solution. We are extremely gracious to him for getting us up and running again in the midst of this summer heat.
Saw Phil working at a neighbor's house and I had some concerns about my AC unit. He graciously came right over and checked a few things out for me and answered all of my questions.
Phil did a great job and was fast, reliable, professional and affordable. I would recommend him. I did such a wonderful service that it was nice and cool in the church for Sunday Service.
