I was only supposed to have one tooth fixed #10 with a crown and the dentist decided to fix another tooth number 9 without a referral or permission and sent it to insurance without it needing to be replaced. The dentist and office workers were very unprofessional and rude do not go here. My teeth were botched and have to be redone due to the crowns being done wrong and replaced with bigger teeth. Now I am missing a front tooth because they wanted more insurance money for that office. Do not go here!!!!!!

The worst dental office I’ve ever dealt with. The run around just to get my permanent crowns placed has been insane. The front desk people are rude and don’t care about customer service and the dentist rushes the work to get as many people in and out as he can. If you can avoid this place please do!

Absolutely the worst dentist in Iowa and the staff is extremely rude they informed me today they can’t schedule an appointment for me due to too many missed appointments but I was admitted into the hospital for emergency surgery I called to let them know I was in hospital and they could speak to my doctor they informed me it was okay apparently it wasn’t don’t waste your time with these people they don’t care about you!
