CHI Health Clinic Family Medicine/Pediatrics (Valley View)

We were visiting the CB area and ended up needing to have our 2-year-old seen. This clinic was fantastic. The wait was not terribly long (considering we walked in with no appointment). We saw a doctor and got an X-ray, and everyone involved was knowledgeable and kind. We have family in the area so we are around often, and we would definitely come back (hopefully we won’t have to, but with kids, one never knows). Thank you.

This clinic and everyone in it has been the best to work with. I'm a USAF Veteran who retired under the wounded warrior program. Dr. Thomas and his staff have been nothing but amazing the past 10 years plus we have seen him. My wife and my kids all see Dr. Thomas and he has even delivered 2 of my kids. I can't think of a better person to see.

Couldn't ask for a friendlier staff to assist with any and all needs my family has! We've never had any issues other than an occasional long wait which can be expected with primary care and urgent care combined into one location. I'm glad they opened this on the East side of town as it makes our appointments much easier to get to compared to when we were across town on Broadway. Only complaint I have is the phone system having so many different lines you have to go through to get a person sometimes (depending on what needs you have).
